1. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required—shipping is always free.


2. Processing and Delivery Times

We work hard to get your order delivered quickly and securely.

Here's how it works:

  • Our order processing time typically takes 1 to 2 business days, after which your package will be shipped.
  • Standard shipping generally requires an additional 5 to 8 business days for delivery.
  • In total, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Order cut off time: Orders placed by 11:00 PM GMT are processed on the same day, while those received after this time will be handled on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status online.


3. Same-Day Shipping

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order via the tracking link sent to your email once your item has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


5. When Your Order Arrives

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue

  • We will send you a one-time free replacement

  • If damage occurs a second time, you may request a full refund

Note: Refunds are not issued for damaged items on first request unless replacement fails.


7. Ordering Process
