When will I receive my order?

At rebiento.com, we ship directly from trusted suppliers and manufacturers to offer you the best possible prices. Because of this, delivery may take slightly longer than standard domestic shipping.

  • Standard shipping generally requires an additional 5 to 8 business days for delivery.

  • In total, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Order cut off time: Orders placed by 11:00 PM GMT are processed on the same day, while those received after this time will be handled on the next business day.

My order hasn’t arrived on time – what should I do?

If your product arrives damaged, please don’t return it immediately. Instead, contact us at info@rebiento.com with clear photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and provide a suitable solution — often a free replacement.

What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?

No problem! You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at info@rebiento.com to begin the process.
