When will I receive my order?

At rebiento.com, we ship directly from trusted suppliers and warehouses to keep prices fair and quality consistent. Because of this, delivery may take a little longer than standard local shipping.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard UK delivery takes an additional 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Most customers receive their items within 6–10 business days of purchase.

Legal notice: All orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days, in line with UK consumer law.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed by 11:00 PM GMT are processed the same day. Orders after this time are handled on the next business day.

Order confirmation: After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.


My order hasn’t arrived on time – what should I do?

If your order is delayed, don’t worry. If it’s been more than 3 business days past the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at info@rebiento.com or call +44 7832 620 843. We’ll investigate and assist promptly.


Is shipping free?

Yes — we provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels due to stock levels, size, or warehouse location. If that happens, the remaining items usually arrive within 1–3 business days of the first delivery.


What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it. Send clear photos along with your order number to info@rebiento.com. You may choose either a free replacement or a full refund, as required by UK consumer law.


What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?

No problem. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at info@rebiento.com to start the process. Please note: return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is incorrect or faulty.
