Return & Refund Policy

At rebiento.com, we strive to provide products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund policy, in compliance with EU consumer rights and Google Merchant Center guidelines.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange any product within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must not be worn, washed, or damaged

  • Original tags and labels must be attached

  • Whenever possible, items should be returned in the original packaging

Trying on products is allowed, but wearing them beyond that (e.g. for a full day) voids eligibility.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return process:

  1. Email info@rebiento.com with your order number and the reason for your return

  2. We will reply with return instructions and a return address

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service and share the tracking code with us

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by emailing info@rebiento.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process once the package arrives.


4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (for another size or color), contact info@rebiento.com. We’ll confirm availability and send exchange instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will confirm receipt by email

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method

Please note:

  • We do not charge any restocking fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact info@rebiento.com immediately

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

We will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

If you do not have access to a printer, include a handwritten note with your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
